Commission Policies

Art Usage

Art is for personal use unless the client has paid the additional commercial and/or merchandising fees. NO NFT or AI usage.

Personal Use:
You are free to edit the commission, use it as an icon, post it to social media, share it with others, amongst other things, as long as there is no money being made

Monetized Use:
You are allowed to use the commission in monetized content such as: YouTube videos, advertisements, Twitch streams, and business-related social media posts. This is for monetized digital content only, and does not include the creation of merchandise.

Commercial Use:
You can use the commission for merchandise and products such as: t-shirts, stickers, posters, etc.

Refunds

If the piece has been started, no refunds can be offered. Partial refunds can be offered in instances where I started on the piece but did not finish it (i.e did the linework, but hadn’t started the color yet.)

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time varies from project to project, based on the circumstances of my life or the service you ordered. Generally, I try not to make commissioners wait more than a month for regular sized projects. If something comes up, I will let you know.

Please check to find out what the wait may look like before you commission me. My queue can be found here. I often have a queue of commissions, and so most pieces will not be done right away. Thank you for your patience.

If your piece is for a holiday, a gift, anything with a deadline, I would recommend commissioning sooner rather than later! If needed, I can push your piece up in the schedule, but rush fees may apply if it’s on short notice (less than 3 days for the average sized project.)

Updates

Here are the steps to the commission process:

1. Discussion – We talk about what it is you would like, or you fill out the form on the service page.

2. Payment – Usually upfront, or after a few thumbnails are drawn for you to choose from

3. Linework – I do the basic linework. If the commission is lines only then there is no update, but if the work is colored I will send it to you to check before starting color

4. Color – I color the piece. If it’s an elaborate project, I will send the flats for approval before moving on to shading

5. Done – Any final changes or revisions will be done here, and then the piece is done

Revisions to the lines can only be asked during the line process, and revisions to the colors can only be asked during the color process. If I’ve already moved on to color, no changes can be asked on the linework. I am willing to make a few changes and revisions at no extra cost, but please be considerate of my time, as well as provide as much information upfront as to avoid needing to make changes later.

Posting/Sharing

You are free to request a piece not be posted to social media, or streamed on my Twitch. However, I may use your commission as a portfolio piece, use it as a service thumbnail, or send it to potential clients as an example, so please be aware of that.

NSFW Policy

You must be 18+ to commission NSFW.

You can send me NSFW and other adult imagery as references.

I am fine with most kinks and fetishes. The only ones I will not draw are: lolicon/shotacon, and scat.
